For right now, we only ship within domestic US. We will ship worldwide in the future.
When will my order ship?
Orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days after being placed. The orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be shipped on the next work day.
Can I cancel my order before it is dispatched?
You can cancel. However, if you want to cancel your order, please contact us via email or instagram account within one business day after placing your order, and we will help you process it as soon as possible. We will ship your order within 1-3 business days of placing it. If you contact us after two business days of placing your order, the orders may have already been shipped and the order cannot be cancelled.
what items can I return and what cannot?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any vintage products, sale items or gift cards. Please read item descriptions or contact us if you have any questions on specific items before buying.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When will I receive my refunds?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

It is a good investment for you to buy it for yourself or your friends as a priceless gift, you probably find garments that are not produced any more. Our job is to find the most collective vintage clothing for you, and give you an impressive shoping experience. And buying vintage clothes is recycling resources and enviromentally friendly.
What is the condition of vintage pieces?
Our team hands pick every item and makes every effort to pick the pieces in great vintage condition. We prefer to pick garments with no signs of wear or with minor signs of wear. However, If an item has features that impress us but has more wear signs, we will consider it. We will do our best to inform you of the wear signs through pictures and descriptions. Please view the pictures and read the product descriptions before purchasing.
